Macaroni with Dry Mustard
Ingredients
1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/4 c. flour1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese3 tbsp. butter 2 1/2 c. milkPaprika 1 c. mozzarella cheese1 (16 oz.) box elbow macaroni2 c. cheddar cheese, grated1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan at low heat. Add the pepper, salt, mustard and flour. Keep stirring until they become smooth. Remove from the heat. Add the milk little by little. Stir the milk until it becomes smooth. Stir on heat until the sauce thickens. This may take 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Add the cheeses. Stir the cheese until they melt. You’re almost finished with the homemade macaroni and cheese recipe. Pour the cooked macaroni in a greased dish. Pour the mix and top with cheese. Top it with some paprika.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Boil a pot of water. Add the macaroni and cook it. Drain it. Pour the macaroni in a 9 x 13 dish. Add all the cheeses and the sour cream.
